What It Looks Like:

We meet once a week on Zoom for coaching, connection, and honest conversations. Each day, you’ll receive a short video from me, along with guided journal prompts to help you look at what’s really behind the habit—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about awareness, compassion, and discovering what’s possible when alcohol isn’t running the show.
