Life’s Too Short to Feel Stuck - Let’s Change That.

I help midlife women stop overdrinking, feel better in their bodies, and finally follow through - without relying on willpower or starting over every Monday.

Is This You?

You decide to drink less, eat better, and finally start that exercise routine you’ve been putting off for way too long.

You start strong - motivated, focused, full of good intentions.

But life gets busy, stress creeps in, and your good intentions start to fade.

And just like that… you’re skipping the workout, pouring the wine, and wondering how you got here - again.

Then the self-doubt creeps in.

What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just stay consistent?

You start to question your willpower, your discipline - and wonder if you’re just not trying hard enough

Here’s the Truth:

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re human.

It’s not that you don’t care enough or want it badly enough.

You’ve just been stuck in old patterns - relying on willpower to force change. And that only works for so long

Hi, I’m Heidi - and I Get It.

From the outside, I looked like I had it together. I was the healthy one - working out, eating clean, doing all the things.

But underneath? I felt stuck.

I’d tell myself I’d just have one or two drinks… but once I started, I didn’t want to stop. Then came the regret, the anxiety, the late-night promises that tomorrow would be different.

And it wasn’t just about the drinking.

I was in that same start-stop cycle with everything - eating better, working out consistently, setting goals… but struggling to follow through.

I kept thinking the problem was me.

That if I just had more willpower, I could figure it out.

But what actually changed everything wasn’t trying harder - it was learning to think differently. Not just about alcohol, but about how I was approaching everything in my life.

Now, I help other women do the same.

We look at where you are and where you want to be, and uncover what’s really getting in the way - without judgment or pressure.

Because when you stop beating yourself up and start understanding yourself instead… that’s when things finally shift

What If You Could Finally Feel Like You Again?

Let’s be honest - this phase of life can feel like a lot.

Your body’s changing.

Your sleep is off.

Your energy’s unpredictable.

You’re holding it together, doing your best… but it’s exhausting.

And sometimes, you wonder - is this really how it has to be?

You’re trying to “do better.

Eat better. Drink less. Move more. Stay focused.

All while taking care of everything and everyone else.

And that glass of wine?

It feels like the one thing that helps you relax.

A reward. A break. A way to take the edge off when life feels like too much.

You want to feel better - but giving up the things that make life feel fun? That’s a hard sell.

Let’s Talk About the Thoughts That Keep You Stuck:

  • How will I unwind after a stressful day without a glass of wine?

  • Will I still have fun hanging out with my friends, or will I feel like I’m missing out?

  • That glass of wine while I cook is my me-time—will I miss it?

  • A vacation without drinking? What’s the point?

  • Will date nights still feel fun?

  • How will I handle social situations when everyone else is drinking?

  • Will life be boring without alcohol?

Even if you don’t drink much, you may have noticed alcohol hits differently these days - more anxiety, worse sleep, lower energy. That’s not just in your head

In midlife - especially during perimenopause and menopause - your body is changing, your mood is unpredictable, and your energy isn't what it used to be.

And when everything gets harder, alcohol starts to feel like the only thing that helps.

But… what if that’s just a story you’ve been told?

What if alcohol hasn’t actually been adding to your life - but quietly stealing the best parts of it?

“The freedom you’re craving isn’t in a glass - it’s in a mindset.”

Imagine What Could Be Waiting for You

Instead of asking, “What will I miss?” - what if you asked, “What could I gain?

  • Waking up clear-headed and proud - no more 3 a.m. anxiety or regret

  • Looking in the mirror and actually liking what you see

  • Laughing, connecting, and being fully present in the moments that matter

  • Enjoying vacations, holidays, and nights out - without feeling left out or deprived

  • Navigating social events with confidence - even when others are drinking

  • Feeling strong, steady, and grounded - because you’re finally keeping promises to yourself
